Dual REAL Leather Recliner- sell/ trade for massage chair or treadmill in Fitchburg, Massachusetts For Sale

Smoke and pet free home. REAL dual leather reclining loveseat. This is not your fake leather, its real you can even smell it :) smells like a tack shop and I LOVE it! lol. It also features a light layer of microfiber over the leather to give it extra softness, I cannot say enough how comfy this is! This is also a very large loveseat made to comfortably sit larger people. It reclines back pretty far as well almost flat. Very comfy for sleeping. The pillows and throw blanket in the photo is NOT included, they are purely there to give you and idea of what the loveseat looks like with accents. Dimensions are 68 inches wide, 39 inches high, and 40 inches deep in its upright position. We bought this as part of an expensive set secondhand off of craigslist, the owner did not want to seperate the set and we still want a massage chair so we had to pick one peice to go to make room for a massager :( otherwise wed be keeping it. - $300 cash firm or may barter for either a treadmill or massage chair as described below....
TREADMILL: NICE electronic treadmill that has built in heartrate/pulse track via handlebars...NOT interested in manual models or models that use the chest strap as a heart monitor. Must be from smoke free home, in excellent condition...ie everything works, no rust, no breaks, nice belt...ect-SMOKE FREE HOME ONLY
MASSAGE CHAIR: Massage chair, this also must be from a smoke free home in excellent condition. We are looking for the type of massage that has rollers in the chair, not just cheap vibration. Models such as the I jpy or better for example-SMOKE FREE HOME ONLY
This loveseat in PICKUP ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS AND PLEASE BRING SOMEONE TO HELP YOU AS IT IS HEFTY GIVEN ITS A DUAL RECLINER. I have a bad back and cannot help sorry. It is located on the ground floor of our private home and our living room is right next to the driveway so other than two small stone steps outside there are no staircases and you can even back most trucks right up over the stone steps for loading.
